Q: How will I receive my digital files?
A: Many of our products are instant digital downloads. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a download link right away via email.
Q: Will I receive anything in the mail?
A: Only physical products are shipped, not digital items. You will receive a digital file that you can download, print, and use right away.
Q: Do I need special software to open my files?
A: No. All digital files are Canva templates or delivered in Google Drive. Neither require special software.
Editing in Canva
Q: What is Canva?
A: Canva is a free, easy to use online design tool that lets you personalize our editable templates directly in your web browser. No software download required.
Q: Do I need a Canva Pro account to edit my design?
A: Nope! All of our editable templates are designed to work with the free version of Canva. After purchase, you'll get a link that opens your template instantly.
Q: How do I access my Canva template after purchase?
A: Click the link in your download file. It will automatically open your template in Canva. If you don't already have a Canva account, you'll just need to create a free one to get started.
Q: Can I edit all parts of the design?
A: You can edit the text, colors, and event details on your designs to easily customize. Graphics and artwork are typically locked to maintain design quality.
Q: Can I use my phone or tablet to edit my template?
A: Yes! Canva works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. However, for best results and easier text alignment, we recommend editing on a computer.
Printing & Customization
Q: How do I print my files?
A: You can print your files at home using cardstock, or take them to a local print shop or an online service like Staples, FedEx, or Prints of Love. Each listing includes recommended sizes.
Q: Can you print my invitations for me?
Currently, our shop offers digital downloads only, however, we are working on bringing a printing service to you in the future! For now, our designs are print ready for both home and professional printers.
